Governments and international organisations have promoted evidence-informed decision-making for over the last three decades. 1 The WHO has advocated for integrating health-system decisions with the best available health-related evidence since 2005 by creating the Evidence-Informed Policy Network (EVIPNet),2 which intends to support this process worldwide.2 3
