A woman in her early 40s developed right-sided incoordination and a new onset of stutter and was diagnosed with an acute right cerebellar ischaemic stroke. She had a history of WHO grade 1 meningioma resected 6 months before and of multiple cerebral cavernomas. 20 years before, she had been treated for T-cell acute lymphocytic leukaemia with UKALIXII protocol chemotherapy, melphalan autograft and cranial irradiation; she had received maintenance chemotherapy with vinblastine, prednisolone, mercaptopurine and methotrexate.
