Biliary adenofibroma (BAF) is an uncommon neoplasm typically presenting with an intrahepatic mass of variable size. Since 1993, when Tsui et al described the first case of BAF,1 around four dozen cases have been reported in the literature. In this issue of the Journal of Clinical Pathology, Moalla and colleagues report an additional case of BAF.2
