We have read Dr. Labandeyra’s article on midclavicular block1 and congratulate Dr. Labandeyra and his team for their efforts to improve regional analgesia alternatives for midclavicular fractures. This is the latest of a series of cadaver studies trying to understand the spread of local anesthetic in clavipectoral fascia plane block, recognizing that it is really not related to clavipectoral fascia and better it with a second injection to completely surround the midclavicle.
