We report the case of a full-term male neonate born with a 5 cm vascular mass on the inner surface of the right thigh, diagnosed as a congenital haemangioma. Blood tests, including platelet count and coagulation parameters, were normal. Doppler ultrasound supported the diagnosis. Follow-up examinations at 1 week, 1 month and 2 months revealed progressive involution of the lesion, characterised by a growing peripheral pale halo, without ulceration or complications. Conservative management was adopted, and no interventions were required. This case highlights the natural regression of rapidly involuting congenital haemangiomas and underscores the importance of clinical observation, parental reassurance and multidisciplinary care in managing such cases.
