At the time of the drafting of this report, the transfemoral vein–superior ophthalmic vein (SOV) route was selected as the initial approach for endovascular treatment in 47 patients with cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistulas (CS-dAVF) and inferior petrosal sinus occlusion at our single center. The immediate complete embolization rate was 97.87% (46 out of 47 cases). A total of 25 patients underwent postoperative DSA follow-up, while 15 patients were monitored through postoperative MRA imaging. All patients were regularly followed up via telephone.
