Exception reporting reforms protect us from being treated as expendable volunteers

Mafi’s commentary suggests that reform of exception reporting risks reducing doctors to “shift workers paid by the minute.”1 As a resident doctor, I think this misrepresents the reforms and the reality of working in the NHS.
