Anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ARCAPA) is a rare congenital heart defect which can present through sudden death or asymptomatically in patients. There can be an association with coexistent cardiac defects, thus enforcing the importance of a structured full segmental sequential echocardiogram, and further imaging where coronaries appear unusually prominent without visible origin.
