‘Dory flop’ sign: an under-recognised indicator of primary syphilis

A cisgender heterosexual male in his late 30s, daily wage worker by occupation, presented to the dermatology outpatient department with a 10-day history of an asymptomatic ulcer on his inner prepuce. The lesion had an insidious onset and gradually progressed to the current stage, making it difficult for the patient to retract his foreskin.
