Pharmacists play crucial roles in interprofessional patient care and medical education,1 2 yet the importance and specific responsibilities of pharmacist educators in hospitals remain vaguely defined. Recognizing this issue, the Chang Gung Medical Foundation (CGMF), Taiwan’s largest healthcare system, has maintained a pharmacist educator system since 2019. This report elaborates on the essential roles of pharmacist educators in effectively managing the practical demands of medical education within the CGMF’s hospitals.
