Milkshake tax is “missed opportunity” to combat sugary toddler milks and high street coffees, say experts

Campaigners are dismayed that a new “milkshake tax” aiming to “give children a healthier start to life” does not include growing-up or toddler milks despite evidence that these are a hefty source of sugar intake in 1-2 year olds.
