We read with great interest the study of Hung et al,1 which investigated the impact of Onyx dilution on time to resolution of chronic subdural hematomas (cSDH) following middle meningeal artery (MMA) embolization. The study provides valuable insights into the potential benefits of using diluted Onyx 18 in the management of cSDH, and we commend the authors for their meticulous approach to this important clinical question.
