We read with great interest the recently published article ‘AI-simulated clinical consultations: Assessing the potential of ChatGPT to support medical training’. The authors address a rapidly evolving area, as artificial intelligence (AI)-generated clinical simulations begin to reshape how clinical skills may be taught and practised in paediatric training.1
