Children and young people (CYP) with cerebral palsy (CP) are increasingly being commenced on long-term respiratory support (continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or non-invasive ventilation) to aid airway clearance. 1 2 Published evidence is sparse.1 2 This study aimed to identify the impact of respiratory support on airway clearance via proxy outcomes including hospital admission rates and antibiotic usage.
