Early clinical and radiological response to alectinib in ALK-positive NSCLC presenting with critical airway obstruction

A woman in her 30s, a non-smoker with no significant medical history, presented to the hospital with a 2-week history of productive cough and a 2-day history of haemoptysis and pleuritic chest pain. On examination, there was absent air entry over the right hemithorax and dullness to percussion.
