We report a case of three bezoars identified on computed tomography (CT) in a paediatric patient presenting with acute small bowel obstruction. The bezoars were surgically removed via laparotomy with gastrotomy and enterotomy, confirming their classification as trichobezoars. A trichobezoar is a mass of undigested hair in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). This case report demonstrates the use of CT in the diagnosis of this extremely rare case.
