Outflow tract ventricular arrhythmias (OT-VAs) are the most common type of idiopathic VAs.1 Despite their often benign clinical presentation, patients may experience symptoms that may severely impact quality of life, and, in case of high ectopic burden, OT-VA may also lead to VA–induced cardiomyopathy.2 Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) has emerged as a valuable therapeutic option for OT-VA, particularly given its high success rates and minimal complication risk.
