Ultrathin Descemet’s stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty, Descemet’s membrane endothelial keratoplasty, and cataract surgery were associated with high, moderate and low objective scatter index (OSI) levels, respectively. Visual acuity and contrast were significantly correlated with OSI.
