[internet]), the Global Palliative Nursing Network (GPNN) emerges as a beacon of unity, connecting nurses worldwide to foster solidarity, shared learning, and collective action.Aim Grounded in core nursing values of compassion, equity, and care, the Global Palliative Nursing Network aims to promote global collaboration and amplify nursing leadership in palliative care.Method The network engages 1,033 subscribers across 80 countries through platforms like WhatsApp groups, a quarterly newsletter, and virtual events. Local engagement is fostered by 34 regional champions, enhancing global connections.Results Quarterly spotlight events feature global nursing experts and members, facilitating impactful knowledge sharing and professional visibility. The WhatsApp group has grown to 100+ members since its launch in 2025, with increasing daily participation.Conclusion The Global Palliative Nursing Network not only facilitates information exchange but also cultivates genuine relationships and provides generous professional support. It serves as a model of collaboration essential for the wellbeing and leadership of palliative nurses globally, aligning with the World Health Organization’s vision (WHO.
