A man in his early 30s presented with sudden-onset uneasiness after routine morning exercise. Examination revealed bradycardia (pulse 42 beats per minute) and severe hypoxaemia (SpO₂: 70% on room air). On examination, his pulse rate was 42 beats per minute and his oxygen saturation was 70% on room air.
