A 58-year-old man reported worsening balance and difficulty walking, with brief episodes of inability to move his feet forwards despite intending to walk. He had a 17-year history of Wilson’s disease, ATP7B homozygous pathogenic variant (c.51+4A>T—intronic). On examination, he had akinetic symmetrical parkinsonism but no cerebellar signs.
