The 2025 American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Consensus Practice Infection Control guidelines offer recommendations on managing infection risks, diagnosing, and treating infectious complications in regional anesthesia and pain management.1 Over 80 research questions were reviewed using the US Preventive Services Task Force criteria for evidence levels and certainty.
