Quite often, when moving through the evidence-based process, we will find that the way that we do something is not the best—that we could change a medicine for a more effective or less side effect-filled one, we could introduce an additional therapeutic approach, or sometimes that our routine testing procedures are a bit useless and don’t really add anything beyond talking to patients. And then, with the weight of an organisation potentially behind us, we will want to change what’s done.
