Midclavicle block: more than a change of name

We thank De la Cuadra-Fontaine et al for their comments and for their interest in our work on the midclavicle block (MCB). We agree that the innervation of the clavicle remains a subject of debate and that prospective clinical trials are needed to establish the best analgesic strategies for clavicle fractures.1
