A school-aged child presented to the department with a history of a fall while playing. Facial swelling with restricted mouth opening was evident, suspecting a bilateral mandibular body fracture. CT showed bilateral fracture of the body of the mandible. The case report illustrates the management of bilateral mandibular body fractures through a non-invasive approach.
