The British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) EndoBridge meeting held on 26 January 2026–27 January 2026 in Leeds, UK, was a hugely welcome addition to the endoscopic conference calendar, positioning itself as one of the most innovative and collaborative meetings internationally. Hosted by Professor Pradeep Bhandari and Dr Simon Everett (figure 1), and delivered in partnership with the Indian Fraternity of Endoscopy, BSG EndoBridge 2026 showcased cutting-edge innovation in endoscopy that is highly relevant to front-line clinical practice, delivered by world-class experts from both the UK and India. Across 2 days, outstanding educational updates, state-of-the-art lectures, panel discussions, interactive case-based learning, live endoscopy and hands-on experience (in the BSG EndoVillage simulation centre) were delivered by an expert faculty of consultants, trainees and multidisciplinary team members.
