When taking care of cancer patients, healthcare workers (HWs) are chronically exposed to various stressors such as pain and other troublesome symptoms, emotional suffering, death and its related bioethics. The management of such complex setting is harder when HWs fail to cope with the experience of mourning, most notably in end-of-life.1 2 Hence, this study aimed at assessing the team’s experiences and needs in a hospice.
