The introduction of Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) in 2022 has accelerated long-standing efforts to integrate NHS services for children and young people (CYP).1 North West London pioneered new models of integrated care, such as Connecting Care for Children (CC4C).2 To guide the adoption of these models nationally, more evidence is needed on how the benefits and challenges of ICSs are perceived by different professionals.
