Imaging mass cytometry (IMC) is a multiplex imaging platform allowing for the simultaneous visualisation of up to 40 different protein targets enabling in-depth studies of tissue histology within their spatial context. We have applied IMC to examine a range of kidney pathologies, including inflammation in kidney allografts, 1 immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated interstitial nephritis2 and kidney disease related to COVID-19.3
