The world’s first School of Public Health was established in 1916. Today, in 2026, there are more than 150 Schools of Public Health worldwide. In those 100 years, even in the last year alone, the world of public health has changed immeasurably, and these changes demand a renewed mandate to ready Schools of Public Health for the future.
