Background Magnetic Resonance-guided Focused Ultrasound (MRgFUS) has been a treatment modality for Tremor in the United Kingdom since 2018, and approximately 300 people with this condition have undergone this procedure in four centres.A significant proportion of patients experience adverse effects, including balance and gait impairments, which can lead to falls and significantly increased mortality risk. Effective community rehabilitation is essential for the appropriate management of these complications.Currently, there is a lack of free and easily accessible resources about MRgFUS for Movement disorders. Methods The team used a Quality Improvement methodology to ascertain the current needs and create the relevant resources to support HCPs involved in providing care to patients undergoing this procedure. The team employed the Model for improvement framework to understand the problem, establish the root cause, and outline measures and ideas for change. The first Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle is ongoing. Results The preliminary data indicates that the stakeholders support the creation of such resources to address the current knowledge gaps and improve collaboration between the different teams involved in MRgFUS for Tremor. Conclusion Additional Quality Improvement work is required to ascertain the extent of the Improvement, implementation and spread of change.aminata_bocum@hotmail.com
