Correspondence on “Factors associated with late hospital arrival in acute stroke patients of Bangladesh” by Iktidar et al

We read with great interest the article by Iktidar et al 1 in Bangladesh on factors that delay hospital arrival in patients who had an acute stroke. The authors skillfully addressed most of the confounding factors that biased the experimental results. However, we still wish to make some constructive comments.
