I read with great interest the subarachnoid haemorrhage in the emergency department (SHED) study, conducted by the Trainee Emergency Research Network, which evaluated the sensitivity of early neuroimaging in suspected subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH), across multiple participating UK emergency departments. The study significantly advances our understanding of real-world diagnostic performance.1 2
