We present a case of an 18-year-old man with recurrent acute pancreatitis secondary to a Wirsungocele, a cystic dilatation of the intraduodenal portion of the main pancreatic duct. The diagnosis was made through an endoscopic ultrasound following inconclusive initial imaging. The patient was successfully treated with endoscopic pancreatic sphincterotomy and temporary stent insertion, resulting in clinical remission. This case highlights the importance of considering anatomical variants in the work-up of idiopathic recurrent pancreatitis and demonstrates the role of endoscopic intervention in its management.
