Formula milk: US retailers failed to remove recalled products after botulism outbreak, says FDA

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accused several of America’s largest retail chains of “failing to remove” recalled infant formula products that have been linked to the country’s first official outbreak of infant botulism.
