Background Three regional systems with no previous connection or history of working together collaborated to create a resource repository digital toolkit that compiled the best practices at national, regional, and local levels. Collaboration and partnership working are crucial to enable the ‘Ambitions’ on system levels (Borgstrom, Henry, Jordan, et al. Realising the Ambitions: insights from how people understand, interpret and implement the Ambitions Framework for Palliative and End of Life Care. The Open University; 2023). This enabled health and social care staff, families, and caregivers in accessing resources customized to their specific needs.Aim To learn together and co-produce one unified platform tailored and branded to each locality that gives the end-user a locally identifiable website space to share resources and knowledge, promoting excellence in end of life care.Method The intuitive layout and functionality required measuring. This supports easy navigation and user engagement.
