We read with great interest the review by Yang et al on spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD), which provides valuable insights into the current understanding and diagnosis of this challenging condition.1 We agree that intracoronary imaging with optical coherence tomography (OCT) and intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) plays a key role in confirming the diagnosis.
