An 84-year-old woman presented with a 3-month history of persistent chronic dry cough. Computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) demonstrated peribronchial thickening with bronchiectatic changes and small cystic air-containing spaces communicating with the distal airways in the right lower lobe (RLL).
