Low back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide, and affects over half a billion people annually.1 Here, we review the evidence about common interventions, excluding drugs, for the treatment and prevention of non-specific low back pain in adults aged 18-60 years. This article is a companion to one published last year in The BMJ, analgesia for non-specific low back pain.2
